This is a wonderful book, highly entertaining and informative, written in a relaxed style that is a pleasure to read - if I could. The person who prepared the kindle version of this book scanned the pages sideways so that none of the kindle functions, such as highlighting, text size, dictionary access, work. In addition to this, two out of three pages have large parts of the text margins missing. WHO EVER IS IN CHARGE OF QUALITY CONTROL AT AMAZON SHOULD BE SEVERELY REPRIMANDED. Sloppy work by some clerk has ruined a beautiful piece of scholarship.Product details

Interesting but the I found the writing style a little clumsy.
Excellent presentation of the topic; good conclusion and summation. An important insight into the history of theological thinking.
